This page provides an index of information on Eritrea that is available on the International Internet. It is the begining of a volunteer effort to make some of this information more available to those in Eritrea. The information has been compiled by the Eritrea Technical Exchange for demonstration purposes.
In this demonstration, we have downloaded
information from the Internet and then restructured it in terms of a
directory tree of html files that can be written and distributed on
CDROM. This way the information can be more easily distributed within
Eritrea with a minimum of computer communications costs.
